My husband and I are renovating an Airstream and a Trailblazer camper. We thought we would come to RV One in Des Moines to potential buy parts or look at a catalog to order parts.

At the very least, discuss with someone in the profession. We both are in late 20’s and have very stable jobs and were willing to spend some money there. But unfortunately I was disappointed with their customer service. We were there for 15-20 minutes before a nice young women approached us.

They were not busy and at least 10 employees were sitting in their glass office with their little white button shirts and not one of them budged to get off their chair to offer service. Instead they sat on their chairs and viewed their computer screens and making conversation between employees.

I suppose, in order to get service or respect you have to be wearing a Hawain shirt and have grey hair. Hopefully this review is seen by your management and you can review your policy as to how to approach your customer strategy.
