I purchased a NEW unit from them about 2 weeks ago... to this day, I still have NO manuals ...

their service staff was COMPLETELY UNABLE to answer questions about how to "winterize" the unit for the storm that has hit NE Florida. The "manager" there has yet to return a several calls that I have made to her direct line.

I do NOT recommend this company or this store and I fully intend to reach one of the "OWNERS" of this franchise, as well as the manufacturer of the unit to express my disgust and dissatisfaction. I would think very, very carefully before purchasing anything from this franchise.

Product or Service Mentioned: Rv One Superstores Manager.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $86000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service, Delivery.

I have a 2-year old Jayco 28' Featherlite trailer. Service has been very slow, frustrating and not dependable.

Have had to pay-out-of-pocket over $500 for repair service that should have been zero. Customer service personal changes very often, and I never know who to work with.
