I was ready to order a Newmar coach when I came upon the company's poor online customer service reviews. I notified the salesperson, who worked long and hard to make the sale.

I told the salesperson why I wasn't going to buy and he essentially blamed me for wasting his time. Our contact is a very good salesperson, which they are lucky to have and is working in a bad situation. Tampa RV One need to clean up its act and take better care of their customers. I could not, in good conscience, subject myself to a future of poor, agonizing, time wasting service.

I felt bad, having worked as a commissioned salesperson in the past. They do have a brand new facility going up, which is going to be real nice.
