Rv One Superstores - Caviet Emptor
Getting your RV serviced with Albany RVOne is torture. I know of one good service tech, if you don't get him, you're screwed. It would take pages to document my problems. My gut feeling is that they are overwhelmed and most of it is their own doing. If they could fix it right the first time in the shop, then I wouldn't have to keep coming back. Manager is also useless and never returns calls....buyer beware.

I have a seismic 4250 heat went out they said they fixed it they been out 5 times still dont work ?now they say cant come out they are not sending mobil units out and cant get me in for appt ?heater still broke very bad customer service .also have a lite that was installed wrong melted 6 months ago still not fixed ? They told me to get someone else ?

Rv One Superstores in Altoona, Iowa - Horrible customer dervice
Do NOT darken their doorstep. Absolutely the worst customer service ethics ever known to man. Do not expect management to help with any concerns or issues. They will not answer a phone call. Quite obvious why no one else in the establishment has any concern for their customers needs. They will make promises that they have no plans to keep. If you have any issue or problem with your purchase DO NOT expect the to care or help
