Rv One Superstores - Very bad
I have a seismic 4250 heat went out they said they fixed it they been out 5 times still dont work ?now they say cant come out they are not sending mobil units out and cant get me in for appt ?heater still broke very bad customer service .also have a lite that was installed wrong melted 6 months ago still not fixed ? They told me to get someone else ?

Rv One Superstores - Horrible customer dervice
Do NOT darken their doorstep. Absolutely the worst customer service ethics ever known to man. Do not expect management to help with any concerns or issues. They will not answer a phone call. Quite obvious why no one else in the establishment has any concern for their customers needs. They will make promises that they have no plans to keep. If you have any issue or problem with your purchase DO NOT expect the to care or help

Rv One Superstores - Rude store mgr
Wow! I have never. We went to pick up our 2016 Jayco after having to bring it in for some warranty issues. Water heater is cracked and needs replaced. I was trying to argue my point with Matt the store manager and he was having none of it. Just said have a nice day and walked away. The repairs are all very shoddy and one thing still doesn’t work. I would never buy from them again. Almost all of their reviews are bad anyway. Buyer beware!!!
