Things were corrected in a subsequent appointment and the service and work was totally different. Great job and thanks to RVONE Tampa.

My faith in RVONE Tampa has been restored. After several email messages back and forth I returned my unit for repairs as scheduled.

RVONE was a totally different and positive in all aspects of service. The service manager who I dealt with the first time is no longer there. The new service manager, Thomas Jenkins, is absolutely a God send. The service advisor, Leea, is awesome.

The shop foreman, Eric, was so helpful and knowledgeable. The shop Tech (Tano?) was great. Everyone kept us informed of the status of repairs and went out of their way to insure things went well. Most of the items needed repairing or adjusting were completed during this visit.

I can truthfully say, "I look forward to going back for the remaining items to be fixed." The only reason they were not completed during this visit is RVONE must obtain approval from Forest River.

That I understand. THANKS TO ALL AT RVONE!

Unfortunately I didn't check reviews for RVONE when I went to the Tampa RV Show this year (2019). We shopped long and hard and settled on a 2019 Columbus on January 23, 2019. There was no surprise when we found numerous things that needed to be repaired prior to returning to Fernandina Beach. The Service Manager could not accommodate us the day after we purchased the unit. There were only two things that were pressing but they would "work us in" to correct a faulty washer/dryer installation and adjust a binding entrance door. It was if I were bothering the service manage so we left for home with the intent to bring it back later.

I made a detailed list of repairs needed and entered it on the service request on their website. The service manager followed up the next day asking for pictures which I provided the next day. After 24 hours I called and asked for the Service manager to call me and update me on when I could schedule to bring my unit back for repairs. Over 24 hours later and no response. No phone call, no email.

Tampa RVONE was very hasty in getting the deal done but they obviously do not give a rat's butt after the sale.

I have purchased 3 units form Campingworld and thought they had issues but now I wish I could go back and purchase from them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fixit.
