Son bought a new camper trailer and the first day at home when testing the awning system, it broke. Took a few days to have someone come out and put the parts in the trailer so he could take it back and we found that the table wouldn't convert into a bed, it was frozen in place.
The person who took the awning of also said the frame was bent. after the finance manager said we could leave the trailer and replace it with a comparable camper or get some financial relief in the form of a rebate on the camper, all of a sudden our calls aren't returned. There is an advertised one year of complete service on every camper they sell, but now we are waiting to see if Forrest River pays for the awning to be replaced . It's been days now and no word.
they can keep this trailer. We don't want it .It's a POS.

Almost two months and still not resolved
I feel that accuracy and detail are important when publishing critical comments about someone's business. I dont tender these critiques carelessly or glibly. I offer my observations with respect to the adverse impact that they may have on others and a profound sense of responsibility for the results of my commentary.
After nearly two years starting in mid-2018 of researching, visiting dealers, testing, and examining Class A motorhomes I narrowed my selection down to two manufacturers. The ultimate purchase decision would be either a Newmar 4369 or an Entegra Anthem W or F floor plan.
I had worked closely with an exceptional, professional, and polished salesperson, William Hopkins at NIRVC Atlanta and was now ready to pull the trigger on my selected coach. In the final weeks of July 2020, I called William and told him I was ready to move forward with my purchase. He responded to my voice mail in minutes and immediately embarked upon finding me a rig that met my requirements. A few short days later he called to tell me that NIRVC did not have the rig I sought and would not likely be able to fulfill my order for some time.
He apologized and offered to provide service, support, and storage should I elect not to wait and purchase elsewhere.
That brings me to where I am now. I made a huge mistake and didnt wait to purchase my rig from NIRVC. Nope, in my haste I elected to purchase my rig from RV One Superstore in Orlando, a decision I would quickly come to regret.
Here's what has happened since selecting the wrong dealership to do business with. In early August of 2020 I called RVone in response to a web ad that presented their inventory of the Entegra coach in the model and color of my choice.
I spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson Terri Myers, who to this day I would highly recommend if only she worked for a different company. Terri informed me that they had the rig I sought, but that it was located at their Albany NY store location. She quickly offered to have the coach transferred to Orlando for me to take delivery. Being originally from NY I figured I would just take delivery where it sat at their Albany facility and begin my first trip in my new coach from there.
Mistake Two. Upon arrival in NY, post what could only be described as a Covid-19 protocol influenced Delta flight I arrived in Albany Wed eve for a scheduled Thursday 8/27/20 1Pm delivery. After waiting 20 min for someone to speak to me I asked at the desk what the delay was attributable to? I was informed that the person with whom I had a scheduled 1 PM appointment to walk through the delivery with me was in a meeting and would still be a bit.
I thought to myself Im dropping north of a third million and you're going to waste my time in this ammature manner? This place is a joke, I think to myself only to have my gal share the exact thought just before I have the time to open my mouth to speak. Instead of following my instincts, I wait an additional 10 minutes for TJ to appear and walk me out to the shop where my still wet from a sloppy rinse rig is supposedly ready for my walkthrough. Mistake three, never ignore your first gut feeling.
The tech that they assigned to walk me through the rig and its many systems, cant answer a single question without first securing the answer from his supervisor. He fumbles through the walkthrough evidencing that his specific knowledge of the rig is less than mine, which by the way was acquired by watching NIRVC demonstration videos. I started to offer him the suggestion that he review the NIRVC informational videos as they would significtly up his familiarity with the product. Unable to demonstrate the function of the dishwasher, he requested help from Ron, his shop foreman.
Ron shows me the remote which we joke about the silliness of requiring a remote to operate a dishwasher and proceeds to help with the keyless entry system which we find to be inoperable. Note* Something that should have been identified by the dealers Pre-delivery Inspection that obviously never took place. Prior to delivery, I had been informed of a system deficit in the tilt, telescope and pedal adjust functions that could not be addressed prior to my pickup. I was told my choice was to wait three days to have it corrected there in Albany or to take delivery and trust that RVOne would have it fixed upon my return home to Atlanta on the following Monday.
As they had promised that they had already made arrangements to have it corrected A promise that proved to be untrue. No worries Ill have the warranty service done at home, No Big deal right? Wrong, RVOne had no ability to guarantee service on Monday in Atlanta, they sent me to two different warranty facilities, neither one of which they had made any expedited service arrangements with. In fact, I was sent to Rush Truck Service Center who informed me that they didnt want to work on it because they never make money on these RVs Clearly no prior communication had taken place.
This nonsense, after requiring roadside assistance in PA and VA on the way home to GA, only to find additional faults in the rig, some due to work done on the rig while it was on RVOnes lot. Mistake three, Trusting RVOne to do anything they promised. At the time of delivery I was only presented one set of keys and Ron told me that he personally would see that a second set would be FedExed on Monday 8/31, all I can tell you is that as of this writing on Sep 16th 2020 I still have not received the promised keys. Although i'm told by Cidy that shes working on the keys Im not clear on what exactly that means, working on the keys, you either have them or you dont, seems pretty simple to me.
On a positive note, I have been able to secure warranty service on my own doing through NIRVC and am now working with a group of professionals that have called me each evening to update me on the progress of the warrantee items that they are addressing. A list I might note is substantial. The glaring evidence that this Coach was not properly PDId by the dealer is the nature of the many and obvious faults found. Had even a basic inspection been completed prior to delivery they would have found the deficits we identified.
So what obviously took place at RvOne Superstore Albany was they took the rig off the lot, rinsed off the dust and handed me the keys.
(see fault list that follows)
Electrical
Entry Door:
Exterior keyless entry functions improperly
1, Can unlock and open doors through use of keyless entry pad, but unable to lock doors and storage compartments.
2, When viewing the interior door lock panel it appears that a prior repair was attempted that caused damage to the panel.
3, Deadbolt missing. The gaping hole where the deadbolt should be was not sufficient evidence of the problem reported to them during my delivery inspection, tech said they mostly look like that really?
Dash Panel:
1, GPS display evidences an intermittent failure (see video) *Note deficit is intermittent and generally fails while in motion.
2, Bluetooth connection to phone connects, but unable to be heard by called individual. * operative deficit appears to be associated with Mic malfunction.
3, Recurring presentation of ride high error indication.
Steering Column:
The right side of the wheel:
1, Tilt control function inoperable. When activating the control switch, the system fails to respond.
2, Telescope control inoperable.
When activating the control switch, the system fails to respond.
3, Pedal adjustment control inoperable. When activating the control switch, the system fails to respond.
The left side of wheel:
1, Emergency flasher switches are difficult to operate. When activating switch stiffness in function and intermittent response from the switch.
2, High beam stalks are inoperable. When attempting to activate high beams via manipulation of the stalk, no response or visible change in headlight function is evident.
Lights:
1, Bedroom light panel over bed inop
2, Bedroom Wall light panel by vanity inop
Master Bath Rm:
The passenger side of the coach rear window has two exposed wires hanging from below window valance.
Kitchen
Dishwasher draw won't lock, missing remote.
Called the dealer and was told it doesnt require a remote. Called entegra and was told it should have a remote, Entegra sending remote. RVOne Superstore claims to be working on determining if the unit has a remote. Yada Yada yada I find that they dont seem to think about who they are speaking to.
They seem to assume every customer is a fool and will accept any nonsense they present.
In the spirit of fairness, I have to report that both Terri Myers and Cindy DeLaney at RvOne Superstores have been very nice and apologetic, so that has made dealing with the litany of problems a bit more tolerable, but their efforts have been so grossly eclipsed by the consistent pattern of gross incompetence, negligence and outright contempt for their customer that it's hard to have any confidence in anything Im told until I see the results. So far nothing has occurred as promised or reasonably anticipated so the results dont lend much opportunity for kinder words.
So what can I say about my Entegra Anthem? Notwithstanding the challenges experienced since taking delivery at RvOne Superstore, I can report that I still firmly believe that I made the correct product selection. The Entegra level of fit and finish, system nuances, and the overall feel is just slightly elevated beyond that of its competitor Newmar.
I do prefer that Newmar doesnt use carpet on the slide floor, but I elected to look past this minor design compromise as I found the Entegra to be generally finished to an overall higher standard.
I will give entegra a point strike for not better vetting the dealers representing their product, as Rv One is likely a fine dealer to handle lessor products like travel trailers and gas RVs but their poor coordination and schlocky presentation leaves one to realize that they dont have the finess, polish or professionalism to properly service a demographic purchasing third of a million-dollar-plus Entegra Diesel products. You buy a Mercedes at a Mercedes Benz dealership not at a Chevy dealership, Nothing wrong with a Chevy if thats what you positioned to buy. RVOne Superstore may be a fine Chevy dealership, but they have no business selling Entegra Coach diesel products. If you are a Mercedes/Entegra buyer then I would strongly suggest that you consider NIRVC or similar quality dealers as they are far better equipped to interface with a more demanding and or discriminating consumer demographic.
I made a series of critical mistakes in executing this purchase.
1, I was impatient and didnt wait until NIRVC could get me the unit I wanted.
2, I ignored the numerous negative and proven to be justified Google reviews of the RVOne Superstores dealerships in favor of expediency and a more favorable price point.
3, I trusted RV One to deliver on their promises when they had no vested interest in supporting me as a customer since i was returning to Atlanta, a region where they have no market presence.
4, NIRVC was clearly less flexible with negotiating price on new unit sales, but given the experience I have had with their sales and service personnel, I suspect that they are worth the premium. I anticipate that I will be upgrading to a cornerstone within the next 24 months and without question, I will be taking my business to NIRVC. Ill pay the premium to be treated with respect and enjoy the benefit of demonstrated integrity and generally superior quality of business functionality.
In closing. Entegra corporate customer support has kicked in with a demonstrated fever, Mike at Entegra has been in regular contact and given me all his contact info so that I can reach him at any time.
Joyce skinner is top flight, responsive and visibly concerned about the Entegra customer and the maintenance of the company brand reputation. The folks at Coach-Net that helped me through my two roadside assistance experiences, especially Shane were absolutely incredible. I felt like I was dealing with personal friends that did everything short of getting in their cars and coming to get me themselves. Once Shane realized that I had some mechanical skills, he sent tech data and walked me through the problem so we could get up and running as quickly as I could fashion the tools to fix the problem.
As a result, I did not lose hours waiting for assistance to get to me on a weekend Sunday, instead, I, was on the road in a short few hours with his support.
I will never forget these people for the efforts they made above and beyond. So while I had a terrible experience at RVOne Superstores, had they not been so incompetent, I never would have had the positive experience of meeting these great people at Coach-net, Spartan, and Entegra who i will maintain an ongoing relationship within the RVing years to come.

Terrible serviceComplaint
RV One in Gainsville Florida had camper for 5 months just to fix the air conditioner. They never started working on it till 4 days before we said that we were coming to get it.
When we picked it up it was covered with algae and slime. Inside was filthy also. Third time trying to get the grime of of outside. We had to cancel trip that was scheduled next day because of this.
They didnt even fix tail light that needed an assembly. They didnt call extended insurance company to get approval till it was too late. They wanted $800 but charged us $200 to shut us up. They almost destroyed our camper.
We found a piece of wood on floor from something they broke. All the issues should of been taken care of within one month
User's recommendation: Don’t take your campers to Gainsville Florida RV One

Horrible customer service
I bought a 2021 Fuzion toy hauler the customer service has been completely horrible! The delivery was a complete joke and it took two days for them to actually get my camper ready I sat at The office the first day for six hrs and the next day I waited four hrs and when I got to my destination there where at least twenty things wrong with the camper.
The gfi for the refrigerator didnt work so I had no refrigerator and the list goes on. I called the Gainesville Florida office where I bought the camper and the service manager was rude to me and the General Manager wouldnt take my my calls. The service manager told me to bring the camper to the office when i came back from my trip when I stopped in he told me he couldnt let me drop the camper off I have to come back in three weeks. I waited and dropped the camper off and its been there for almost three weeks after the inspection if my camper today it was completely filthy with dirt all over the camper from the techs and not one thing has been completed.
This is completely a case of let me get your money and I dont care what happens after this. My son bought a camper two days before I did and his customer service has been as bad or worse than mine!
