Ordered 2018 Jay flight in Nov 2017 - delivered May 2018

these are the issues: second entry door Locke broke, bathroom door does not close properly, toilet paper holder fell off and holes in the door, toilet leaks,

kitchen floor buckled from sink leak, kitchen cupboard smashed at bottom,

LED lights non functional, screen door continues to fall off, bunkbed broke (see photos) bunkroom table damaged and air conditioner runs when you turn furnace on, was without hot water for several months. Poorly manufactured and service is terrible. Was reassured time and time again by the owner issues would be taken care of, well, 5 1/2 months later issues/repairs not made. That's is why Jayco has two warranty, takes two years for service then warranty expires. Have contacted Jayco Headquarters in Indiana, nothing resolved. The salesman gave us a good pitch, neglected to inform us, 90 dollar service fee and their mobile on site service was above reproach, well, no one has approached us. Not a Happy Camper!

Preferred solution: Full refund.
