I've contacted rv one 2 times both no response there sales tactics for the extended warranty is very high pressure they don't give up I called to ask a question about where to find the water filter on my class c rv no response also i e-mailed about a warranty issue on my class c no response if I want to buy another rv in the future I for sure won't go to RV One i'll go to a dealer that takes care of their customers .They have a nice store wilt lots of inventory but thats all I think maybe Camper World or a smaller dealership would be the best for customer service and sales.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
